Кога: 11:00 – 11:30 събиране
11: 30-12:00 – концерт на учениците
12:00 – 3:00 p.m. – Пикник (Моля донесете си това, което вашето семейство иска да яде и пие. Училището осигурява десерта).

Celebration of the end of the school year for the BG school and the Day of Bulgarian Alphabet and Culture. It’s an opportunity to enjoy a nice recital by our kids and a fun time for all! It’ll be a very casual free event held picnic style. Bring a dish and your own beverage. BAC will provide picnic ware and good music.

Schedule:

11:00 – 11:30

Ø Gather and play a bit

Ø Please bring any outside gears or toys for the kids (balls, games, etc.)

Ø Consider the weather, dress appropriately

11:30 – 12:00

Ø Kids Concert

Ø “Thank You” to our teachers

Ø Please wear your BG school T-shirts for a nice group photo

12:00 – 12:30

Ø Picnic lunch

Ø Please bring what your family will eat/drink

Ø We also can make it as a picnic, so bring a dish to share (whatever works for you)

Ø Please avoid nuts products

Ø School will provide dessert for all

Ø Play at the park

Ø Clean up

Ø Say goodbyes till September 17th
